From Discovery to Dismantle

We handle everything under one roof with a proven process that takes you from idea to implementation. 

1 Discovery

We want to hear your needs and your ideas. We meet to define your goals, wants, and needs, whether it be for a trade show booth, a pop up shop, or a museum display. It’s also important to chat about your aesthetic likes and dislikes.

2 Design

Our first step of design includes us wireframing your spatial booth, environment, or event, putting focus on positioning and how people will flow through. With the initial wireframe ready, we host a live design session so you can make sure everything suits your needs. From there, we move on to material, colors, substrates, and all the details that bring the space to life.

3 Modeling & Fabrication

We create 3D models and CAD designs that give you the exact information for all aspects of your build. Then it’s about getting down to building. Our general manager meets with the carpenters assigned to your job, and the creation of your custom walls, canopies, furnishings, etc. gets underway.

4 Artwork

The next layer of work is all about graphics. Walls, counters, signs, floors…anything that can help bring the brand vision to life. You’ll have a chance to review everything, and then we move to printing.

5 Show Forms / Unions

Exhibit service manuals are complex…often 250-300 pages. It’s our job to make sure every “i” is dotted and “t” is crossed from the regulations to coordination with unions to paperwork.

6 Staging and Shipping

No one wants to get to an event or location to find an error. We triple-check our work by staging the whole scene at our facility. You can come and walk through physically, or we can arrange for a video walk through. After you’re happy with how it looks, we dismantle, crate, and ship. We’re experts at getting your pieces delivered safely and ensuring every single part is there on time.

7 Installation and Dismantle

Our supervisors are on-site for all installs working with local unions to oversee successful builds. We come armed with a very detailed set of plans that all can follow. Then when a show or event is over, we’re there to ensure a smooth dismantle and packing as well.
