What to Incorporate in Your Trade Show Booth Designs

What to Incorporate in Your Trade Show Booth Designs

As a trade show exhibitor, one of your main goals should be to have a booth that makes you stand out from the competition. The more people you draw into your booth, the more opportunities you will have to capture new leads from interested attendees. While there are plenty of ways to create an eye-catching exhibit, one way to do it is by incorporating unique aspects into your booth’s design. Discover what’s available.

Graphics and Wall Coverings

Including graphics is a must if you want to show off your brand, attract attention, and entice attendees to enter your booth. Though colorful branded imagery will do the trick, you can also add text to communicate information and messages about your brand. However, when you do use text in your images, you should keep it short, simple, and easily readable.

Make sure you don’t go overboard. To keep your booth’s overall design balanced, leave blank spaces throughout. Instead of plastering empty surfaces with more images, cover them with faux material and veneer graphic panels to accent your booth.

Displays, Counters, and Cases

Incorporating a unique display into your booth’s design can serve two significant purposes. First, it showcases and highlights products in a more impressive way and creates a feeling of exclusiveness among attendees. Second, when your displays have successfully drawn attendees into your booth, they serve as a casual conversation area where your staff can talk about and sell the displayed products.

Visitors want to be engaged and interact with your products when they enter your booth. When booths are all tell and no show, they lose their impact.

Lightboxes

Attendees can’t seem to avoid the draw of a glowing exhibit, so adding lightboxes to your booth is essential. While these features provide your booth with necessary light, you can also use them to highlight important aspects of your exhibit. Such elements include graphic details, product displays, promotional materials, and more. The brighter your booth is, the more inviting it looks, so add lightboxes throughout it and on surfaces.

LED Tiles

Say goodbye to an outdated mounted TV in your trade show booth! Instead, you can integrate innovative technology, like LED tiles. These tiles can be daisy-chained together or integrated sporadically to display branded images and messages in unique patterns. Your booth is significantly more interactive and eye-catching with graphics and text constantly moving and changing on these screens, and you’ll effectively stand apart from the competition.

Hanging Signs

If you want your booth to stand out and be visible from afar, you’ll need hanging signs. The vertical competition has escalated significantly, making what hangs over your booth just as important as what’s inside. An inflatable, rotating, or animated sign featuring your brand’s logo will make your booth easily identifiable and grab attendees’ attention. If you add additional text or images to your hanging sign, make sure it is clear and free from errors. Spelling or grammatical errors and low-quality imagery can damage your brand’s credibility, so double-check everything before hanging it up.
