To rent or not to rent?
Renting vs buying is an extremely important decision, and there is no one right answer. It all depends on you and your needs. How many shows do you typically go to in a year? Will you always have the same size of exhibit space? Will your branding be changing in the near future? What’s your budget?
Custom rentals allow us to create affordable options that are still highly customized and unique. This means we provide the frames that can be used as a plug-n-play system that are then overlaid with custom fabric, banners, counters, graphics — whatever we dream up together — to bring your brand to life. Trust us, you won’t look like anyone else. (Roughly 85% of our clients rent with us, and as you can see from our Work section, they all speak their own design language.)
Modular and Lightweight
Our prefabricated exhibit systems come in many shapes and sizes, and they’re interchangeable, extremely lightweight, and durable. Each of the frames can be connected and arranged in various ways, giving you an amazing amount of customizability, especially when you then apply your graphics or some fun custom add-ons to make the booth uniquely you. It takes the worry out of going to different trade shows or event spaces because you can simply reconfigure the booth to fit the space you have!

- All the custom pieces created for you are yours to use in future booths, so you don’t have to buy them again.
- We maintain the booth frame, taking responsibility for insurance, repairs, refurbishment, and monthly storage; it doesn’t come out of your budget.
