Project Details
The Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3) is a premiere gaming, eSports, and interactive technology exhibition allowing gamers, buyers, retailers, and educators from 100+ countries to explore, experience, and take part in what’s happening in the industry. 505 Games selected a larger private space for their part of the expo to take attendees out of the hubbub of the show floor for a more personalized and private experience.

We started with a top-down approach: a top-down blueprint of accurate measurements in order to begin fabricating this trade show booth. With those measurements, it’s about dressing the room with the modular trade show booth system, easily customizing the space. The module walls are made with SEG fabric — including some printed with a custom concrete finish —, acrylic, and printed aluminum dibond then coupled with a faux wood reception desk, black laminate, and 3D logo letters.

Foster helped 505 Games bring their trade show booth to life with:

- Private meeting rooms with couches, coffee tables, and playable gaming consoles
- Private meeting rooms with circular tables, chairs, and playable gaming consoles
- Open meeting rooms with couches, sofas, end tables, etc.
- Team gaming rooms for 3 versus 3 action
- Food and beverage station
- LED TV’s for gaming and video content
- Storage room for client’s personal belongings, equipment, and marketing materials
